Hosted Dashboard Access
The hosted photo dashboard is intended for creators who own or are authorized to manage the TikTok account they connect. Sandbox sign-in and photo transfer have been tested with permitted accounts; Production approval remains pending. You are responsible for the rights and accurate disclosures for content you select. Do not upload unauthorized content or attempt to access another user's records. Hosted photo sources expire after seven days; retain your own originals. TikTok drafts require final review and publication in TikTok. The hosted version currently does not offer video, scheduling or Instagram publishing. Contact support if an operation is uncertain rather than creating duplicate transfers.
About Haru Studio Build
Haru Studio Build is a hosted photo-draft workspace for creators to prepare and review content for TikTok accounts they own or are authorized to manage. A separate Windows publishing tool has additional local capabilities; those are not offered by this hosted release.
The hosted release uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API Upload workflow. It currently supports photo drafts only.
Authorized Use
Haru Studio Build may only be used with social media accounts that the user owns or is authorized to manage.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted through Haru Studio Build complies with the applicable rules, policies, terms, and community guidelines of the relevant social media platform.
TikTok Integration
Haru Studio Build uses TikTok's official developer APIs to allow an authorized TikTok user to connect their account and transfer approved content to TikTok.
Where the TikTok Upload workflow is used, content is transferred to TikTok for further review and final publication by the user within TikTok.
Haru Studio Build does not attempt to bypass TikTok's publishing, authorization, or user-consent requirements.
Account Authorization
Users must explicitly authorize supported social media accounts before Haru Studio Build can access permitted platform functionality.
Users may revoke platform authorization through the relevant social media platform where supported.
Content
Users remain responsible for all images, videos, captions, hashtags, and other content they process using Haru Studio Build.
Haru Studio Build does not claim ownership of user content.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change or become unavailable as third-party platforms modify their APIs, policies, or technical requirements.
Third-Party Services
Haru Studio Build relies on third-party services including social media APIs. Use of those services may also be subject to the respective third party's terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use Haru Studio Build to access or publish to accounts without authorization, circumvent platform security or publishing restrictions, distribute unlawful or infringing content, misuse third-party APIs, or violate applicable platform policies or laws.
Termination
Access to Haru Studio Build or its platform integrations may be discontinued if required for security, compliance, technical, or platform-policy reasons.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated when the functionality of Haru Studio Build or applicable platform requirements change.
