How it works

Hosted photo dashboard

The hosted dashboard is intended for individual creators and is separate from the Windows tool. Sandbox sign-in and photo delivery have been tested with permitted accounts; Production approval remains pending. Once authorized, sign in with your own TikTok account, choose 1-35 photos, review their order and prepared JPEG appearance, enter a title and caption, and confirm actual content rights and AI provenance. Saving keeps a private draft and does not transfer anything.

Use Send to TikTok Inbox only after reviewing the saved draft and destination account. Check status to follow the saved operation. When Inbox delivery is confirmed, open TikTok, review and edit the draft, select publication and disclosure settings and tap Post yourself. Transfer is not automatic final publication. The initial hosted version does not provide video, scheduling or Instagram publishing.

Windows tool: connect and review

The Windows tool opens TikTok's official authorization screen. It requests basic account identification and permission to upload drafts: user.info.basic and video.upload. Each account has its own local connection. Review the account destination, ordered media, title, caption and hashtags before approving a post. Changing reviewed media requires review again.

Photo drafts

Selected photos are prepared as JPEG or WebP and temporarily hosted over public HTTPS so TikTok can fetch them. Photo titles and descriptions, including hashtags, are transferred into TikTok's editable draft. Anyone with the temporary media URL can access the file while it remains available.

Windows tool: video drafts

Video bytes are uploaded from the local computer. TikTok's video Upload API does not accept captions or hashtags. Add the prepared text in TikTok's editing flow.

Finish in TikTok

When the tool reports awaiting_tiktok_publish, open TikTok on the connected account, open Inbox and select the upload notification. Review the draft, add music or text as needed, set privacy and any required commercial-content or AI-content disclosures, and tap Post. Photo Upload requires TikTok app version 31.8 or later.

Inbox delivery does not mean the content has been published. The local tool records publication only when TikTok reports it. An old local status may require a status check.

Windows tool: scheduling and errors

Scheduling controls when approved content is transferred. It cannot guarantee a public TikTok publication time. The tool limits new draft transfers, retains the remote operation identifier, and checks existing operations before retrying. An uncertain transfer result requires investigation to avoid duplicates.

Windows tool: Instagram

Instagram uses a separate delivery workflow for authorized professional accounts. An Instagram result does not determine the TikTok draft's status.

Access and support

The Windows tool serves Haru Studio and its teammates. The hosted photo dashboard is intended for public creators, with Sandbox test access enabled and Production approval still pending. Contact support for assistance.
